LAB Build Out – Part 5 – Setting up an Active Directory Certificate Server

In part 5 of this series, we will be creating a new Active Directory Certificate Server. This server will allow us to manually or automatically issue certificates to servers, websites, applications, and more as needed.

We will be using a new Windows Server 1709 server to host the Active Directory Certificate Services.

  • Installing ADCS Role
  • Configuring ADCS Role
  • Managing the server using Project Honolulu
  • Managing the server using Server Manager
